Pet Policy
Augusta Commons Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment community in Marietta, Georgia. We provide a wonderful place, not just for you, but also for your adorable pets. We know why you are inseparable and that is because pets better our outlook, our social life, and generally, our entire living. For these reasons, we set policies specially to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome cats and dogs under 50 lbs. with a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and $25 pet rent per pet monthly. Breed restrictions do apply. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours to ask about our pet policies.
